• Verification Responsibility: If you choose to share your contact details with a tutor, it is your responsibility to verify their credentials, identity, and background check. Ensure you are comfortable with the person you are connecting with before proceeding.
• Monetary Transactions: Users are solely responsible for any monetary transactions and refunds related to services exchanged. Our platform does not assume liability for any fraudulent activity that may occur during these transactions.

For Teachers

• Credit History: At School Buddy, we do not conduct credit history or payment record checks for students. It is your responsibility as a tutor to independently verify their credentials and handle payment transactions and refunds.
• Contact Details: please note that sharing contact details, unless specifically requested, is against our platform policies. Any violation of this rule may result in the permanent suspension of your profile.

Others

• Single Account Rule: Each user is allowed only one account. The creation of multiple accounts may lead to the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Financial Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your funds and personal safety when engaging with others on our platform. Please do diligence and caution in all your transactions. While we strive to do our part, the ultimate responsibility lies with you.
• Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend your account at any time without prior notice. This may include actions such as discrediting your coins balance.
• Scammer List: In cases of fraudulent or suspicious activity, we reserve the right to include your name in our scammer list.
