No refund will be given on purchase Coins.

Money deducted from account but didn't get coins?

If your funds were deducted without receiving coins, an automatic refund will be processed by your bank within a maximum of 14 days. In most cases, the refund occurs much faster. Upon receiving the funds, typically within a day, we will credit the corresponding coins to your account. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction is complete.

Teachers

If a teacher reaches out to a student with an unverified phone, and the student doesn't read the message, no refund will be issued. Please ensure that both student's phone and email are verified when applying for a specific job.

Student

• No refunds will be provided for coins used to contact a tutor, whether the service is free or paid, in the case of you are unable to connect with the tutor for any reason.

• We are unable to take any action if payments are made outside of our website.
• When you pay Teachers / Experts via schoolbuddy.io, Chose the option to Release payment after work is complete and you are satisfied.
• You may open a dispute, in case of any problem before releasing a payment.
• Once you release the payment, then we are unable to get a refund.
• If you chose to release payment immediately, it means the services have been delivered and you are satisfied with the provided service.
• In case of a dispute, if a student and Teacher / Expert can't come to a mutual settlement, whatever decision we make will be final decision.
• In case of refund, 15% will be deducted to cover transaction fee and other expenses.
